What is KangaMovement?

I am a personal trainer based out of Rochester, NY, I started this business to help people with their fitness. Whether it’s gaining strength and mobility, losing weight, or building muscle. I can help you reach the goals that we lay out together. See our SERVICES page for more information on what I offer. What separates myself from other trainers is I have been exactly where my clients have started. Struggling with their weight, strength, and muscle mass! Feeling tired all the time, no time for fitness or myself, juggling work, college and trying to get in shape, feeling self-conscious and the list goes on. Started from having very little gym experience. But I did have experience losing weight, every year for football I had to lose over 40LBS after I had resorted back to my old habits every season football was over in my teens. So I have been there! When I started my fitness journey I went from about 190LBS scrawny, overweight and out of shape. I lost 45LBS and got to 145LBS in 3-6 months. That was only just the beginning of my journey, and for the first 2 years I gained weight to 165-170LBS, looking better and feeling better than I ever had!
