Hi, my name is Joey Placious! I have been a personal trainer for 5 years helping dozens of people reach their health and fitness goals.
In 2016 I started my health and fitness journey losing over 40LBS. I struggled with confidence, being tired all the time, and never feeling like enough. As time has gone on I have made health and fitness a MAJOR part of my life. Fitness has helped in so many areas of my life…ranging from better mood, more energy, keeping up with my wife and daughter, helping me feel less achy, more mobile, and stronger than ever…and the list goes on!
I create tailored training programs for every client, ensuring a personalized approach to fitness and long-term results. Because everyone is different! Fitness is a lifestyle.
